Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform related maintenance in a fast-paced shop. Candidates should have automotive service experience, a valid license, and a strong safety mindset. Weekend availability is preferred to serve peak demand.

This role offers an hourly compensation structure with potential commissions, overtime opportunities, and a clear path toward growth into higher skilled tasks within a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Automotive service experience preferred.
• Able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills and experience allow.
