Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Tire Technician to join a fast, results-driven team. You will mount, dismount, balance tires, inflate to spec, test TPMS, perform oil changes, and help maintain safety standards.

We value a strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude. A valid driver’s license and the ability to lift 70 lbs are required; weekend availability is a plus as guests rely on us.

Qualifications

• Tire or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic and reliability.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Able to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to specification.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness/safety.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills allow.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
