Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Simi Valley, CA, is seeking a Tire Technician to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include tire mounting/dismounting, balancing, rotating, TPMS work, oil changes, battery tests, and safety-focused shop duties.

Qualifications

• Automotive tire/lube or service experience preferred.
• Demonstrates strong work ethic, reliability, and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded with a growth mindset.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible weekends availability.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety.
• Collaborate with the team to deliver fast, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills allow.

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec

• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow

Qualifications
