Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a high-performing team delivering exceptional service. Responsibilities include tire mounting, balancing, and TPMS work, with opportunities for advancement into mechanic roles as skills grow.

Compensation includes an hourly rate with commission and overtime, plus paid vacation, benefits, and 401(k) with company match. Must be reliable, safety-minded, and able to lift up to 70 lbs. Weekend availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
