Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician to join a high-performing team that delivers exceptional service. The role offers a competitive hourly rate with commission and overtime, along with a range of benefits.

Responsibilities include tire mounting/balancing, TPMS work, oil changes, inspections, and assisting with growth into more complex mechanical tasks. Must be physically capable and hold a valid driver’s license. Location is Santa Ana, CA.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented, safety-minded, and eager to grow.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Physically able to lift 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Flexible availability, including weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
