Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service in Arkansas is hiring a Tire Technician to mount, balance, rotate tires, and perform related service. You will work with a team to deliver fast, accurate service and support via TPMS, oil changes, and basic inspections.

The role requires a valid driver's license, physical stamina, and weekend availability. Benefits include paid time off, medical/dental/vision, 401(k), and opportunities to progress into mechanics or service advisory roles as you grow with the company.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded with ability to lift 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
