Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians to join our busy teams on-site. You’ll perform tire sales, replacements, and roadside service for commercial vehicles while maintaining a clean, safe work area. We train you—no prior experience needed—and you’ll interact with drivers and customers daily.

We value safety, reliability, and a friendly approach. You’ll rotate day and night shifts and may pursue advancement within a growing, well-known national brand.

Qualifications

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in various temperatures.
• Always put safety and customer satisfaction first, complying with safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s).

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sale, removal, and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.

• Move, lift 75+ pounds and work in close quarters; adapt to varying temperatures.
• Prioritize safety and customer satisfaction in line with company policies.
• Participate in rotating day/night shifts as needed.
• Possess or obtain a medical DOT card with Love’s support.
