Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops in Clinton, TN is hiring Tire Technicians to join our fast-paced team. You’ll help customers and drivers by maintaining tires and assisting with tire removal and replacement, with training provided if you have no prior experience.

This role offers benefits after 30 days, flexible scheduling, PTO, a 401(k) with matching up to 5%, health coverage, and opportunities for career development as you build your skills.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided to teach tire service basics.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in varying temperatures.
• Willingness to work a rotating day/night schedule.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facilities and perform general housekeeping duties.
• Ensure safety and customer satisfaction by following safety policies and procedures.
• Possess ability to obtain a medical card through the DOT (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
