Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Tire Technician to join our team in Pecos, TX. You will interact with customers and drivers, performing tire-related services in a fast-paced environment. No experience is required—we will teach you and help you grow with a winning team.

This role includes lifting 75+ pounds, working a rotating day/night schedule, and pursuing a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Love’s). Training begins soon at site level.

• No experience required; training provided.

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Ensure equipment repair and store facility maintenance; uphold general housekeeping.

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
