Job summary

Robertson Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-driven team. You will mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires, repair flats, test TPMS sensors, and perform oil changes while upholding safety and quality in a fast-paced shop.

A valid driver’s license and a safety-minded, reliable work ethic are essential. We offer competitive hourly pay with overtime, plus benefits (medical/dental/vision, 401(k) with company match, paid vacation) and clear paths for advancement into light

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors
• Perform oil changes and replace filters
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop safety standards
• Work with team to deliver fast, accurate service
• Progress into light mechanical services as skills grow
