Job summary

Lisac's Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join a results-focused team in Anaconda, MT. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, handle oil changes, inspect vehicles, and support battery/test work while maintaining safety and shop standards.

We offer an hourly rate with overtime opportunities, paid vacation, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for advancement into mechanic roles or service leadership as experience grows.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred (from posting).
• Strong work ethic and reliability with a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented with safety mindset and willingness to grow.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Deliver fast, accurate, elite service with your team.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.

Tire Technicians
