Job summary

Gills Point S Tire & Auto Service is seeking a Service Technician to perform tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. You will mount/dismount tires, balance, rotate, and assist customers with service needs in a fast-paced shop.

Training is provided for those new to automotive work. This full-time position offers a supportive team, growth opportunities, and safety-focused operations.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
