Job summary

Robertson Tire is seeking a Tire Technician to join a performance-focused team delivering exceptional customer experiences. The role involves tire mounting, balancing, dismounting, TPMS work, oil changes, and strict adherence to safety standards in a fast-paced shop environment.

Ideal candidates have tire or automotive service experience, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to grow into related mechanical tasks. Weekend availability is a plus as peak times require guest service.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Strong work ethic, reliability and a team-first attitude.
• Detail-oriented and safety-minded with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services when skilled.

Tire Technicians:

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec

• Test and install batteriesStock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
