Total Tire Solutions is proud to partner with True North Fleet Services to support fleet operations in our brand-new location in Lake Charles, LA. We are seeking an experienced and dependable Tire Technician who takes pride in quality workmanship, safety, and professionalism.

This role plays a critical part in keeping commercial vehicles operating safely and efficiently. If you are a hands‑on technician who values consistency, teamwork, and long‑term career growth, this is an excellent opportunity to join a trusted and growing operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Install, mount, balance, rotate, and repair commercial and passenger tires
• Inspect tires, wheels, and related components for safety and serviceability
• Perform tire replacements and roadside service as needed
• Accurately complete service documentation before and after work is performed
• Ensure customer vehicles are treated with care and returned in equal or better conditions
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe work bay
• Follow all proper safety and installation procedures
• Assist with unloading, stacking, and disposal of tires
• Maintain proper care and maintenance of shop tools and equipment
• Communicate effectively with office staff and supervisors regarding service needs
• Participate in a rotating 24‑hour on‑call schedule
• Work occasional Saturdays as business demands require

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of tire technician experience required
• Valid Driver’s License Required
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Ability to regularly lift and maneuver tires weighing 75+ pounds
• Strong understanding of tire service procedures and safety standards
• Dependable, punctual, and professional work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Customer Service Experience Preferred
