Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is hiring Tire Technicians for a fast-paced shop and roadside service. You will take ownership of tire removal and replacement for commercial vehicles and interact with customers and drivers from across the country.

No experience? No problem—we’ll train you. You must be able to move and lift 75+ pounds, work in varying temperatures, and be willing to rotate day and night shifts; the role includes support to obtain a DOT medical card.

Qualifications

• No formal experience required; training provided.
• Ability to move and lift 75+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain store facility and equipment, including general housekeeping duties.
• Move and lift 75+ pounds; work in close quarters and varying temperatures.
• Uphold safety and customer satisfaction by following Love’s safety policies and procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that includes day and night shifts.
• Assist in obtaining a DOT medical card (paid by Love’s).

Job Functions

• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
