Job summary

Burt Brothers in Draper, UT is seeking a Tire Technician to join our results-driven team. You will mount, balance, rotate tires, perform oil changes, inspect for issues, and help maintain a clean, safe shop with a focus on speed and accuracy.

We value reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well in a team, with opportunities for advancement into mechanic, service advisor, or management roles.

Qualifications

• Tire/lube or automotive service experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with the team to deliver fast, accurate service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills grow.
