Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Helena, MT is hiring a Service Technician to perform tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. We provide training and support to help you build your career.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, team-oriented shop, mount and balance tires, inspect for wear, assist customers with recommendations, and help maintain inventory and cleanliness. We offer competitive pay, full-time hours, paid time off, and benefits after 60 days, plus 401(k) with company match and

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
• Positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Team player who enjoys helping customers.

Responsibilities

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
