Job summary

Gills Point S Tire in Colorado is seeking a Service Technician to help keep customers safe on the road by performing tire services, inspections, and basic automotive maintenance. Whether you have experience or are eager to learn, we provide training and support to help you build your career.

As part of a fast-paced, team-oriented shop, you will mount and balance tires, inspect wear, assist customers with tire recommendations, and operate shop equipment safely.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but training is provided.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Inspect tire wear and vehicle condition.
• Assist customers with tire options and service needs.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 18+
• Automotive or tire experience is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right person
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work in an active shop environment
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Team player who enjoys helping customers

Physical Requirements:

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, kneeling, lifting up to 75 pounds, and safely operating shop equipment while working in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must be able to perform work both inside the shop and outdoors in varying weather conditions while following all company safety policies.
