Job summary

Big Brand Tire & Service is seeking a Tire Technician in Texas. The role focuses on tire mounting, balancing, and related automotive service, with opportunities for overtime and advancement into service advisory or management tracks.

The technician will participate in safety-conscious shop operations, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to a high-quality customer experience. Weekend availability is expected, with a pathway to broader ASE-related growth.

Qualifications

• Automotive tire and lube experience preferred.
• Must have strong work ethic and be reliability-focused.
• Must be physically able to lift 70 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
• Flexible weekends and peak times availability.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Inspect and document issues and safety concerns.
• Test and install batteries; stock inventory.
• Support team to deliver fast, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services as skills develop.

Tire Technicians

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires
• Repair flats and inflate to spec
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors

• Conduct visual inspections and document issues
• Test and install batteries
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow
