Big Brand Tire & Service in Avondale, AZ is hiring a Tire Technician to join a results-focused, performance-driven team that delivers an exceptional experience for customers and teammates. You’ll mount, balance, rotate tires, inspect vehicles, and support service with a strong emphasis on safety and accuracy.

Role offers opportunities to advance into light mechanical work (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills grow; weekend availability and a valid driver’s license are preferred for this

Qualifications

• Experience in tire mounting, balancing, and rotation.
• Ability to test TPMS sensors and diagnose tire-related issues.
• Experience with oil changes and filter replacement.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and work on your feet.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Flexible availability, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, and rotate tires.
• Repair flats and inflate to spec.
• Test, replace, register, and reset TPMS sensors.
• Perform oil changes and replace filters.
• Conduct visual inspections and document issues.
• Test and install batteries.
• Stock inventory and maintain shop cleanliness and safety standards.
• Work with your team to deliver fast, accurate, elite service.
• Opportunity to progress into light mechanical services (brakes, suspension, alignments) as skills and experience allow.
