Job summary

OK Tire Store, Inc. is hiring a Tire Technician in Crookston, MN. You will mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires, service passenger and commercial tires, and operate tire machinery to keep customers safe on the road.

The role requires a strong work ethic, the ability to work in a fast-paced shop, and a commitment to safety. Prior tire experience is helpful, but not required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift and handle heavy tires on a daily basis.
• Adapt to a fast-paced automotive shop environment.
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Be reliable, team-oriented and safety-focused at all times.
• Willingness to learn and follow directions from supervisors.
• Basic reading and communication skills in English are required.
• Previous tire or automotive experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires.
• Work on passenger and commercial tires.
• Operate tire machines and balancing equipment.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and safety concerns.
• Set proper air pressure and torque lug nuts to specifications.
• Provide fast, reliable service to customers and maintain cleanliness.
