Job summary

Love’s Travel Stops is seeking Tire Technicians to join our team in Minnesota. No experience is required as we provide training; you will work with customers and drivers to service tires for various vehicles, including roadside calls.

The role offers growth opportunities in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle tire sales and replacements, ensure clean facilities, and follow safety policies.

Qualifications

• No experience required; training provided.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for tires up to commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Maintain clean store facilities and comply with safety policies.
• Move, lift 75+ pounds in close quarters and work in varied temperatures.
• Operate with a rotating day/night schedule as needed.
• Assist with equipment repair and general housekeeping tasks.

Job Functions

• Earn $18.50 - $23.00 p/hour
• Take ownership of the sale, removal, and replacement of tires up to, but not limited to, commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
• Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility including general housekeeping duties.
• Ability to move, lift 75+ pounds working in close quarters. Ability to work in various temperatures.
• Always put the safety and satisfaction of your customers first, complying with company safety policies & procedures.
• Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
• Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation. (paid by Love’s)
