Essential Job Functions:

1. Provide service and support during job site visits
2. Manage all on-site tire installations and repairs
3. Inspect all vehicles for additional repairs needed
4. Document repairs, service records, inspections, etc. as needed
5. Perform balance of tires
6. Inspect and assess tire tread levels, wear patterns, valve quality and overall health
7. Recommend appropriate repair treatment or replacement of tires
8. Responsible for wheel assembly area housekeeping
9. Responsible for repairing, replacing and maintaining tires on various types of vehicles
10. Ensure all work is completed in accordance with all required standards
11. Maintain a high level of quality work at all times
12. Maintain good relationships with Technicians, Foreman, Superintendents, Inspectors, Developers, and other co-workers at all times
13. Follow all safety rules and regulations while performing work tasks
14. Report damaged product to site leadership
15. Perform other duties as assigned
16. Represent and promote Grayson Carter and Son in a professional and honest manner

Job Qualifications/Requirements:

1. Must have your own hand tools
2. Ability to communicate and convey information effectively
3. Must be physically able to stand, walk, sit, crouch, kneel, climb, and periodically lift 75 pounds
4. Knowledge of OSHA Standards
5. Ability to obtain Arsenal Badge preferred, but not required
6. Ability to obtain FBI Badge preferred, but not required
7. Requires personal transportation to job site
8. Wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) on all job sites as required
9. Work weekends and overtime as needed
10. Committed to attending work each day
11. Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
