Les Schwab Tire Centers is seeking a Sales & Service associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance, and sales. You will provide excellent customer service, complete work per company policies, and support service operations in a fast-paced environment.

The role covers tire installation, maintenance, TPMS calibration, and offsite road service with a strong focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Excellent customer service skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach and rebalance wheels.
• Install/relearn TPMS calibration.
• Wash tires and wheels.
• Test drive and service vehicles.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite/emergency road calls.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote store sales.
