Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Idaho is seeking a Sales & Service associate to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform tire repairs, rotations, inflation and TPMS recalibration, and provide excellent customer service.

You will also wash tires, test batteries, drive service vehicles for offsite and emergency road work, and assist teammates. The position includes competitive hourly pay ($14.85–$24.50), quarterly bonus, medical and retirement benefits, paid time off and more.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Excellent customer service and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
• Provides excellent customer service, promotes store sales.
• Uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
