Job summary

Tri-W Global, Inc. is hiring a full-time Tire/Service Technician to support tire mounting, balancing, repair and field service across our shop and client sites.

Typical hours are 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday with occasional evenings and weekends. The role requires lifting heavy tires (50–150 lbs), driving a service truck, and a valid driver's license.

Compensation depends on experience with benefits after probation and transportation provided for field visits.

Qualifications

• Drug test and background check required.
• Valid driver's license required, clean driving record.
• Medical Card preferred.
• Must be 25 years or older.
• Experience with heavy duty/commercial tires preferred.
• Able to lift/move tires weighing 50–150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger, light trucks, large trucks and industrial.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-truck and trailer systems including tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train and electrical.
• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles and compliance with traffic regulations.
• Perform fleet inspections and assist with inventory.
• Handle tires with Tire Pressure Management System (TPMS).
• Lift, bend, squat, and move heavy tires; occasional field visits; support shop initiatives and safety policies.

Position Overview

Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Tire/Service Technician to assist with equipment repair and maintenance both in our shop as well as in the field. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends and extended work hours based on workload. This position requires frequent heavy work and exposure to elements typically found in a shop and field environment. Salary offer is dependent on experience. Benefits are offered after 60 days of employment including health, dental, vision and numerous supplemental policies. 401(k) is offered after 90 days of employment. Transportation is provided to the customer’s location when field visits are required.

General Responsibilities

• Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger, light trucks, large trucks to industrial.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-truck and trailer to include but not limited to Commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train and electrical.
• Responsible for safe operations of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations.
• Fleet inspections.
• Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory.
• Work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System).
• Frequent bending, squatting and reaching are necessary to carry out the duties of this job position and requires the employee to stand or walk approximately 75% of the time.
• Must be willing to support shop initiatives and comply with all safety and company policies as well as participating in trainings and any other duties assigned.
• Preferred ability to drive a service truck (F-350) to an onsite location.
• Must be willing to complete any other duties as assigned.

Requirements
