Job summary

Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking a full-time Tire/Service Technician to assist with equipment repair and maintenance in our shop and in the field. Hours are generally Monday–Friday 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends, and extended hours based on workload.

Benefits after 60 days include health, dental, vision and supplemental policies; 401(k) after 90 days. Transportation is provided for field visits.

Qualifications

• Pass drug test is required.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Medical Card preferred.
• Must be 25 years of age or older.
• Experience with heavy duty/commercial tires preferred.
• Must be able to lift/move tires weighing 50–150 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Mount, balance, rotate, and repair tires across passenger, light truck, large truck, and industrial applications.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-truck and trailer components including tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train and electrical.
• Ensure safe operation of company vehicles and comply with regulations.
• Perform fleet inspections and assist with inventory.

Position Overview

Tri-W Global, Inc. is seeking to hire a full-time Tire/Service Technician to assist with equipment repair and maintenance both in our shop as well as in the field. Work hours are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM with occasional evenings, weekends and extended work hours based on workload. This position requires frequent heavy work and exposure to elements typically found in a shop and field environment. Salary offer is dependent on experience. Benefits are offered after 60 days of employment including health, dental, vision and numerous supplemental policies. 401(k) is offered after 90 days of employment. Transportation is provided to the customer’s location when field visits are required.

General Responsibilities

• Mounting, balancing, rotating, and repairing all types of tires from passenger, light trucks, large trucks to industrial.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair semi-truck and trailer to include but not limited to Commercial tires, HVAC, brakes, steering & suspension, PM inspections, drive train and electrical.
• Responsible for safe operations of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations.
• Fleet inspections.
• Load and unload stock and assist with physical inventory.
• Work with tire TPMS (Tire Pressure Management System).
• Frequent bending, squatting and reaching are necessary to carry out the duties of this job position and requires the employee to stand or walk approximately 75% of the time.
• Must be willing to support shop initiatives and comply with all safety and company policies as well as participating in trainings and any other duties assigned.
• Preferred ability to drive a service truck (F-350) to an onsite location.
• Must be willing to complete any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Applicant must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
