Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Washington state is seeking a Sales & Service Associate responsible for tire installation, maintenance and sales, delivering excellent customer service and following company policies and the Code of Conduct. You will perform tire rotation, TPMS calibration, wheel balancing, and assist customers with tire choices while adhering to safety guidelines and contributing to store goals.

The role offers on-the-job training and a path to advancement within a large western U.S.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to work in a rapid pace environment.
• Frequent lifting of weight between 35-75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling and continuous squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels.
• Repairing, rotating, and inflating tires.
• Attaching and rebalancing wheels.
• Installing/rebuilding and/or relearning/calibrating TPMS.
• Washing tires and wheels.
• Testing and installing batteries.
• Using and maintenance of equipment.
• Assisting other employees.
• Test driving vehicles.
• Operating service vehicles to perform offsite and emergency road services.
