Qualifications

• Requires valid driver's license
• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• TIA/Bandag certification or willingness to obtain
• Minimum of 2 years of management experience
• 5 years of tire sales and services preferred
• Strong confidentiality
• Flexibility to work weekends
• Excellent communication with customers and staff
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly and 100 pounds occasionally

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to drive sales and profitability
• Lead and supervise staff, hire and onboard, manage employee records
• Ensure health and safety compliance and enforce policies
• Collaborate with manufacturers' reps for product information
• Set sales goals and manage pricing according to policy
• Analyze financial statements and store performance
• Manage payroll and maintain safety equipment and training
• Maintain clean, safe work environment and incident reporting
