Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking a Tire Sales Specialist in the Dallas area to join a team of 550+ high-performing professionals. You will engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and complete a paid training program to become the tire expert customers trust.

We seek 2+ years in sales (automotive preferred), strong communication, and relationship-building. Expect a stable 40-hour week with base pay plus commissions and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
