Job summary

Dealer Tire is seeking a driven tire sales professional to join our team at a premium automotive dealership in Minnesota. After a fully paid training program, you will engage customers, explain tire options, and confidently close sales on the service drive.

You will perform quick inspections and identify needs to recommend effective solutions. With 2+ years of sales experience, automotive knowledge is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Basic computer skills (order systems, CRM tools).

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
• Build relationships with customers and dealership teams.
• Support store operations (inventory, reporting, etc.).
