Job summary

Dealer Tire, LLC is seeking Tire Sales Specialists in California to engage customers, sell tires on the service drive, and build lasting dealership relationships. You’ll perform quick inspections, identify needs, and confidently present solutions with competitive pricing.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales, strong communication, and a track record of meeting targets in a fast-paced environment. Automotive experience is preferred for success in this role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience in a goal-driven, customer-facing environment.
• Automotive experience preferred.
• Proven ability to hit or exceed sales targets.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers and sell tires on the service drive.
• Perform quick visual inspections.
• Identify needs and confidently recommend solutions.
• Provide pricing and close sales.
