Job summary

Flynn's Tire & Auto Service in Hermitage, PA is hiring for a Tire Sales & Installer Pro. You will deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and perform tire-related services and routine maintenance in a well-merchandised facility.

This safety-sensitive role requires mounting/balancing tires, oil changes, courtesy vehicle checks, and adherence to MAP standards while offering a competitive compensation package with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Acceptable MVR and background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service while achieving sales goals.
• Mount and balance tires.
• Oil and filter changes.
• Vehicle courtesy checks and preventive maintenance.
• Follow MAP standards.
• Assist with opening/closing procedures and invoicing.
• Maintain a well merchandised facility including warehouse tasks.
• Support safety and housekeeping requirements.
