Job summary

S&S Tire is seeking a Tire Road Service Technician to support the Truck Tire Team in Weston, WV. This full-time role runs typically Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm, with on-call duties and potential overtime.

The technician will mount/dismount tires, load/unload, perform tire repairs, and provide emergency road service. ASE or related training is preferred; a valid license is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience as an automotive repair technician or related role.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Able to lift up to 100 lbs and operate warehouse equipment.
• On-call rotating schedule availability.
• Valid, insurable driver's license and age 23+.

Responsibilities

• Mount/Dismount/Install tires and tire/wheel assemblies.
• Load/Unload tires from trucks and work area.
• Perform tire repairs and respond to emergency road service calls.

Best One Tire & Service is a leading provider of products and services to trucking companies and related industries. We are urgently looking to add a Tire Road Service Technician to our Truck Tire Team in Weston, WV. This job is typically M-F from 8a - 4p.

Duties performed in this position include, but are not limited to:

• Mount/Dismount/Installation of tires & tire/wheel assemblies
• Loading/Unloading tires on and off trucks
• Tire repair
• Emergency Road Services

Requirements

• Availability to be on call on a rotating schedule
• Minimum of 2 years' experience as an automotive repair technician, master technician, fleet mechanic or in a related role
• ASE Certification or Technical/Vocational education in related field is preferred, but not required
• OTR experience is a plus, not required
• Willing and able to work in a shop / warehouse environment
• Lift/move tires (up to 100lbs) with or without equipment, frequent bending and lifting
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts
• At minimum 23 years old, possess a valid, insurable license
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
