Job summary

Sullivan Tire & Auto Service seeks a Retreader to meet quality and production goals in the retread plant, working as part of a team to ensure safety, compliance, and efficient operations. The role supports loading/unloading, inspection, and final quality checks to help drive customer satisfaction and growth.

Candidate must have a high school diploma with Bandag CRTP and forklift certifications, and be able to lift heavy loads while maintaining a clean, safe work environment in our Bow, NH

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Bandag CRTP certification and forklift certified required.

Responsibilities

• Perform production work in any workstation of the retread plant (initial inspection, buffer, repairs, builder, chambers, and final inspection).
• Meets quality and production level objectives for assigned production work.
• Deliver quality work on time to customers to drive growth in sales and profits.
• Assist drivers in loading and unloading product utilizing the inventory management system.
• Responsible for the safe operation of equipment and holds required certifications.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area and comply with all operating procedures (OSHA rules, hazardous waste, security system).
• Assumes other responsibilities as needed
