Job summary

BestDrive is seeking a Retread Technician to inspect casings, analyze repair options, and apply tread to prepared casings following Conti procedures. The role includes operating equipment, sealing envelopes, and ensuring airtight seals for curing.

You will work with BestDrive sales teams and end-user fleet personnel to complete requested services while maintaining OSHA safety standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment.
• Ability to work on a team and independently.
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally.

Responsibilities

• Inspect casings and apply tread per Conti procedures.
• Operate and monitor equipment for casing processing and curing.
• Coordinate with BestDrive sales and end-user fleet personnel to complete tasks.
• Complete paperwork legibly and adhere to OSHA safety requirements.
