Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling is seeking a Regular Full-Time General Laborer for our Saltillo, MS facility. You will support daily yard, production, and facility operations, helping unload, load, sort and count tires while assisting customers and teammates to ensure safe, efficient site operations.

This role requires physical labor in an outdoor industrial setting, adherence to safety policies, and dependable attendance to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Ability to safely lift up to 100 pounds.
• Able to perform physical labor in an industrial/outdoor environment.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Commitment to quality, productivity and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in unloading, loading, sorting, and counting tires.
• Aid customers by helping them offload tires at the facility.
• Support yard, production and facility operations as needed.
• Help the yard crew and teammates with daily tasks.
• Move, stack, organize, and transport tires and materials throughout the facility.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas.
• Follow all safety policies, PPE requirements and procedures.
• Operate efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Maintain regular attendance and cooperate with supervisors and team members.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
