Job summary

Liberty Tire Recycling in Baytown, TX is seeking a General Laborer to support daily production operations in a tire recycling plant. You will perform general labor across docks and production lines, assist with material handling, and help maintain a clean, safe work environment.

The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and adherence to procedures. Experience in manufacturing is a plus but not required; physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds are important.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial environments is a plus but not required.
• Physical work in tire recycling environment with lifting and standing for long periods.
• Must follow PPE and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform general labor functions throughout the facility in Dock, TDF, Grade, Mulch and Crumb lines.
• Load and unload raw materials and finished products from trailers, pallets, and production areas.
• Move, stack, and transport materials and finished goods to designated locations within the plant.
• Maintain general housekeeping to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
• Operate skid steer, forklift, or man lift if trained, authorized, and required.
