Automated Media, Inc. is seeking a GM Tire Program Specialist (Level 1) to support tire orders, returns, and billing for dealer networks. You will research hard-to-find tires, resolve pricing and shipping concerns, and process orders daily while serving as a liaison between dealers and manufacturers.

The role emphasizes accurate order handling, prompt responses to inquiries, and collaboration across departments to ensure timely resolutions and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Provide customer solutions through general knowledge of products and processes.
• Develop relationships with dealers and internal teams to deliver timely support.
• Demonstrate basic diagnostic skills and industry/product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Respond to dealer calls and manage tire orders and returns.
• Research and locate hard-to-find tires and address billing concerns.
• Process orders daily and reconcile price or shipping issues.
• Serve as liaison between dealers and manufacturers to resolve disputes.
• Handle OE fitment questions and warranty, promotions, and rebates accurately.
