Job summary

Direct ChassisLink Inc. (DCLI) seeks a Tire Program Manager to revamp the tire casing management program. The role blends analytics with field travel to dealer locations, terminals, and depots, driving accountability and change across the network.

The manager will use dashboards to identify focus areas and then engage with national tire dealers and recappers to enforce standards and improve outcomes. A hybrid work style is required with substantial travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in tire management, fleet maintenance, or related field.
• Strong technical knowledge of tires, retread and casing standards.
• Ability to drive results through external partners and hold vendors accountable.
• Proficiency in data analysis and interpreting dashboards to guide decisions.

Responsibilities

• Monitor tire management dashboards for cap-only, cap & casing, and RPO metrics.
• Lead field audits at dealer facilities to verify casing classification and RPO handling.
• Engage national dealers and independent recappers to enforce standards and drive improvement.
• Build dealer scorecards and escalate non-compliance.
• Coordinate with field teams to extend coverage and train personnel on casing procedures.
• Develop and refine SOPs as the program matures.
