Responsibilities:

• Willingness to learn and be mentored
• Perform repairs efficiently according to dealership standards
• Conduct oil changes, tire rotations, tire replacements and balancing, inspections, brake repairs, etc.
• Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools to identify issues
• Learn to diagnose, maintain, and repair various vehicle systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
• Communicate directly with Service Advisors to inform customers of additional repairs needed and provide time estimates
• Perform warranty repairs following manufacturer specifications

Qualifications:

• Dealership experience preferred
• ASE certifications are a plus
• Strong automotive background
• Excellent teamwork skills
• Willing to pass a drug screening and background check
• Valid driver's license with a clean record
