Sapp Bros. in Council Bluffs, IA is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician to keep trucks on the road safely. You will perform routine maintenance, tire services, and inspections, ensuring vehicles are road-ready while maintaining a safe, organized shop.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions and complete multi-step processes independently.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop.
• Inspect and service tires including rotation, balancing, and replacement.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties to support shop operations.
