Job summary

Sapp Bros, Inc. is hiring Tire & Lube Technicians to service heavy-duty trucks, trailers, and equipment. Training and support are provided to help you thrive in a mission-driven culture focused on Blessing and Serving.

You’ll perform routine maintenance, tire services, and inspections to keep customers on the road safely and efficiently, while maintaining a clean and organized shop environment. Prior tire or lube experience is helpful but not required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented.
• Ability to follow directions and complete multi-step processes independently.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in a team environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and stand, walk, bend, or kneel for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop.
• Inspect and service tires, including rotation, balancing, and replacement.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.

What You'll Do
As a Tire & Lube Technician, you'll help keep our customers on the road safely and efficiently. You will perform routine maintenance, tire services, and inspections, ensuring that vehicles are road-ready while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements

What We're Looking For / Qualifications:

Required:

Preferred / Helpful:

• Previous experience in tire or lube services, diesel maintenance, or general vehicle maintenance
• Ability to operate power equipment, such as air compressors
• Prior roadside service experience is a plus but not required
