Job summary

Sapp Bros., Inc. is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician in Council Bluffs, IA. You will perform oil changes, tire services, and inspections to keep vehicles road-ready while maintaining a clean, safe shop environment.

We value a mechanically inclined, dependable candidate with a valid driver's license and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs. Training is provided, with opportunities for advancement and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform oil and filter changes on vehicles in the shop.
• Inspect and service tires, including rotation, balancing, and replacement.
• Check and top off all vehicle fluids.
• Maintain clean and organized shop and work areas.
• Operate service trucks and provide roadside support as needed.
• Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support shop operations.
