Job summary

Graham Tire in Sioux Falls is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician to perform non-technical automotive service repairs including oil changes, tire and wheel services, and vehicle inspections. This full‑time role runs Monday–Friday with half days on Saturday; Sundays off.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; training will be provided.
• Physical requirements: Good physical health, able to frequently lift 60 pounds, bend, carry, push, stand, stoop, walk, climb, crawl, crouch, reach, and work in varying temperature and humidity.
• Licenses: Must possess a valid driver’s license.
• Working Conditions: Exposure to vibrations, mechanical and electrical hazards, fumes, dust, and high noise level.

Responsibilities

• Professionally perform non-technical automotive service repairs.
• Professionally perform all tire and wheel related services following Motorist Assurance Program guidelines.
• Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.
• Document services performed.
• Follow company and manufacturer service guidelines.
• Follow safety rules and regulations.
• Regularly attend formal training to remain proficient in changing automotive technology.
• Maintain a clean and organized service department.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse, showroom, and building exterior.
• Perform other tasks as required and instructed by the Service Manager.

Full‑time hours Monday‑Friday and half days on Saturday. Off one day during the week and closed every Sunday.
