Main Street Auto in Georgia is seeking a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our service team. You will perform tire rotations, oil changes, wheel alignments, and basic inspections while upholding our standards of safety and customer service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous tire and lube tech experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate shop equipment safely.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision and efficiency.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify any potential issues or safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires to promote even tread wear and vehicle stability.
• Maintain accurate records of all services performed, including parts used and time spent on each task.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations, answering inquiries, and providing outstanding customer service.
• Adhere to company safety protocols and guidelines while working in a shop environment.
