Job summary

Main Street Auto in Florida is seeking a General Tire and Lube Technician to join our automotive service team. You will perform tire rotations, oil changes, inspections, wheel alignments, and assist customers with recommendations.

We offer industry-leading pay, strong benefits, and opportunities for growth. Hours are 7:30 AM–6:00 PM, Monday–Friday, with weekly pay between $750 and $1200. Apply to [e-mail].

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous tire and lube technician experience preferred.
• Proficient knowledge of tire installation, repair, and oil change procedures.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to operate shop equipment and tools safely.
• Excellent attention to detail and time management.

Responsibilities

• Perform tire rotations, installations, and repairs with precision.
• Conduct oil changes, filter replacements, and fluid checks.
• Perform basic vehicle inspections and identify safety concerns.
• Conduct wheel alignments and balance tires for even tread wear.
• Maintain accurate service records including parts used and time spent.
• Assist customers with tire recommendations and questions, delivering excellent service.
• Adhere to safety protocols in the shop environment.
