Gills Point S Tire & Auto in Wyoming is seeking a Tire & Lube Technician to join our team. You'll perform tire services, preventative maintenance, and light mechanical repairs while delivering outstanding customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Automotive, tire, or mechanical experience preferred.
• Technical or vocational automotive training is a plus.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Familiarity with tire mounting, balancing, and repair equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to lift heavy tires and equipment and work in a fast paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires for passenger and light trucks.
• Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation; recommend replacements.
• Perform TPMS service and understand wheel configurations and tire specs.
• Perform oil and filter changes; top off vehicle fluids and perform fluid exchanges.
• Replace air, cabin, and fuel filters; complete vehicle inspections and communicate findings.
• Perform light mechanical repairs including brakes, suspension, steering, and lights.
• Greet customers, explain inspection findings and maintain service documentation.
• Assist with inventory, receiving, and keeping a clean workspace.
