Job summary

Les Schwab Tire Centers in Federal Way, WA is seeking a Sales & Service associate to handle tire installation, maintenance and sales. You will provide excellent customer service and perform work per company policies.

Responsibilities include installing tires, repairing, rotating, inflating, balancing wheels and calibrating TPMS, as well as offsite service driving. Expected duties also cover washing tires, testing batteries, and helping teammates as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Frequent lifting of 35–75 pounds.
• Frequent bending, twisting, kneeling, squatting, reaching, walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Install and maintain tires and wheels.
• Repair, rotate, and inflate tires.
• Attach, rebalance wheels and calibrate TPMS.
• Tire washing and battery testing/installation.
• Operate service vehicles for offsite and emergency road service.
