Les Schwab Tire Centers in Rocklin, CA is seeking a Sales & Service technician to install and maintain tires and wheels, perform rotations, TPMS calibration, and basic battery work while delivering exceptional customer service. The role involves helping customers, driving service vehicles for offsite calls, and supporting store sales using the Best Tire Value Promise. This is a full-time on-site position with benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to regularly lift 35–75 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Installation and maintenance of tires and wheels; repairing, rotating, and inflating tires; attaching and rebalancing wheels; calibrating TPMS and replacing batteries as needed.
• Washing tires and wheels; testing and driving vehicles; assisting other employees and providing excellent customer service.
• Promotes store sales and uses the Best Tire Value Promise to engage customers.
